LoveSeed’s organizational culture assessments provide a comprehensive analysis of your organization's current culture and identify areas for improvement. This baseline assessment is a critical tool for informing the development and implementation of effective equity and culture interventions.

Our Approach:

  • We combine insights from listening sessions, survey data analysis, website reviews, and attendance at team meetings.

  • Rebecca analyzes the collected data, identifies key trends, and facilitates a share-back session with leadership.

  • During this share-back session, Rebecca outlines trends, themes, and suggests targeted interventions to support culture development and equity goals.

Transition Support

Leadership transitions are pivotal moments that offer organizations the opportunity to reimagine their future and align their leadership with their evolving goals. These transitions can be times of great transformation, providing a chance to reinforce organizational values, cultivate a new sense of purpose, and empower employees.Our transition support services help lay the groundwork for a successful, sustainable, values-based leadership transition.

Team Retreats

Team retreats provide the opportunity for teams to dig deeper into strategic questions, develop plans, prepare for major transitions and get to know each other better. There know there are many purposes for a team retreat, and LoveSeed is skilled at creating space that allows people to fully engage with critical issues in an authentic and grounded setting.

Wraparound Services

Our wraparound services offer a comprehensive, six-month engagement designed to provide in-depth support for your organization. We'll work closely with you to address your unique needs and challenges, offering bespoke solutions and tailored guidance. Due to the intensive nature of our wraparound services, we have limited capacity to serve only two clients every six months

Our Approach:

  • Monthly check-ins with your dedicated point of contact, ensuring consistent communication and progress. Wraparound clients receive priority access.

  • Consistent participation in leadership team meetings, providing valuable insights and sustained guidance to support your organizational development initiatives. 

  • Ongoing consultation on emerging challenges and individualized strategies to address your organization's specific needs.
